Office space C is the second largest office in the building. The space includes a private entrance, in-room heating, in-room air conditioning, and large windows. Tenants have the option to rent this space fully furnished (with furniture pictured) or furnish themselves. Additionally, tenants will have access to the shared waiting room, both restrooms, as well as wifi and printing.

Wifi, the cost of general utilities, and the use of FAX and copy machine are included in the rental price.
